 Lunch
Chayote filled with chicken and vegetables.  Served with a brocoli, nuts, and grape salad. Grilled flank steak served with a mixed salad with peanuts and green beans Fish filet filled with spinach, mashed sweet potatoes, and capri salad Chicken breast prepared with spinach, onions and red peppers.  Served with a citrus salad containing oranges and grapefruit and  goat cheese with curry and pepper seasonings Turkey fajitas with vegetables, oregano potatoes, and coleslaw Turkey breast served with steamed corn and a whole wheat pasta with a zucchini and pesto sauce.  Bell peppers with cous cous, beans and potatoes
